Children love the Play Park with zip-wire, fenced in football pitch and goals, roundabout, swings, TeleTubby Hill slide and toddler slide. It’s a great place for them to let off steam. There is a football provided but bring one in case it gets punctured!

For those lovely summer days there is a charcoal BBQ with tools.

Feel chilly later in the evening? Light the Chimnea, first box of logs free.

The huge heavy wooden outdoor table and benches is conveniently sited directly outside the main kitchen patio doors and provide stunning views over the loch. Watch the sun go down whilst relaxing here with your friends.

Love lying back in the sun? You can use the sunloungers and chairs too!

Parking for several cars and large vans and access for dropping off. Disabled parking next to a gently smooth concrete slope.

Bringing your bike? There are 2 outdoor bike storage racks in the house wall, bring your locking chain or if you are concerned you can bring them into the Snooker Room or inner hallway. For those keen on mountain biking there are many tracks around the area and the roads around the house are very quiet and a haven for road cyclists. Remember to pull into the passing places as it’s hard for cars to pass on single track lanes. Like walking? Try the gentler trails in the woods at the back of the house. Into running? Try the track above, it’s testing but fun or if you prefer keep to the flat roads or walker’s paths. There is a walkers path you can join at the side of the house which is part of The 7 loch Trail.

Have you got your own kayaks/canoes? There is a private launching slipway within the grounds down by the loch.

Don’t forget for all the outdoor activities you know if you get caught in the rain that the 3 drying cupboards will soon have you ready overnight for the next day!
